This table was prepared in October 2009. - Published tuition and fees for in-state students at flagship universities in 2009-10 range from highs of $15,308 at Penn State University Park and $13,554 at the University of Vermont, to lows of $3,686 at the University of Wyoming and $4,373 at the University of Florida.
- 2009-10 increases in published tuition and fees at flagship universities ranged from no increase at the University of Mississippi and at the Ohio State University, to increases of 15.4% at the University of Oregon and 23.9% at the University of Arizona, where the $6,855 price remains below the national average.
- Published tuition and fees for out-of-state students at flagship universities range from $7,841 at the University of South Dakota and $11,606 at the University of Wyoming to $31,410 at the University of Vermont and $35,126 at the University of Michigan.
